A four-day intensive training couse that provides tools for group facilitation and group/multicultural dialogue. Students learn the methodology and philosophy underlying this experiential method that connects democratic principles to group facilitation.

 

Beztavta: Advanced Facilitator Training Course

A four-day intensive training course to equip trainers with facilitation tools that affirm equality among group participants and authority figures, teaching democratic methods of conflict resolution.

These topics may be integrated into the Betzavta advanced training course or be offered as stand-alone training.
