This letter is to clarify that – “Betzavta – Adam Institute’s facilitation method” – is intellectual property covered by copyright law. There is an explicit prohibition against copyright infringement.

All rights are reserved to “Betzavta – Adam Institute”. Anyone that chooses to conduct a workshop and use the materials, ideas, concepts, terminology and methods learned in the most recent workshop, which are subject to copyright law, as well as any previous ones from years past must attach a copyright notice to all materials distributed to participants. The notice will inform participants that workshops are utilizing “Betzavta – Adam Institute’s facilitation method” and that the copyright remains the sole property of “Betzavta – Adam Institute’s facilitation method”. It is expressly prohibited to copy or make any other use of “Betzavta” materials or methods without prior written consent and permission of “Betzavta”– Adam Institute’s facilitation method”. Anyone who conducts a workshop at any site either in person or through Zoom relying on all “Betzavta” – Adam Institute materials historically must publish a copyright notice publicly in accordance with the rules of creative commons and according to “Betzavta” –Adam Institute and give credit to “Betzavta” – Adam Institute. © 2020 All rights reserved to Adam Institute
